Course Description

Acquiring new customers is expensive, and the longer you can retain them, the more profitable your business can be. This is especially true for companies that rely on repeat sales because long-term profitability comes from repeatedly providing products and/or services over an extended period. 
 
This webcast reviews the KPIs, retention metrics, and customer segmentation generated from existing accounting data to inform revenue operations, sales strategies, and marketing efforts.

Brian also held senior roles in business development and product management at other startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Tally Street was founded to help small and medium-sized businesses succeed by uncovering the customer stories and insights trapped in accounting data. 
 
Our founding team has first-hand experience with these challenges. Coming from tech startups and larger enterprises, we were used to having ready access to sophisticated analytics software and the experts to use them. But while starting and growing non-software companies, we found those tools too expensive and hard to use. We asked around and quickly learned that we weren’t the only ones who felt that way.
 
Our goal is to give small and midsize businesses the same analytics-driven insights and recommendations that larger competitors have, without requiring them to hire a team of data scientists.
