Following this, he specialized in tax due diligence, corporate restructurings, and international tax compliance and planning. Shaun also has extensive experience in advising small businesses and closely held companies on various tax matters.
Shaun received a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. In 2018, he was named a “tax expert to watch” by Accounting Today.
John Wandrisco leads the Tax & Accounting firm operations at Verady and has 20+ years of experience in Tax Technology. In this role, his focus is to help individuals, businesses, and professionals with the tools and technology to integrate crypto into their tax and accounting processes. Before joining Varady, John held several product, technical, and business leadership roles at Thomson Reuters.
