Course Description

Pricing and fees shouldn't be an awkward conversation. You're providing a valuable service, and the last thing you should be worrying about is clients questioning your fees and dragging their feet paying. This webinar focuses on how to talk to your clients about pricing and payment terms. Josh Lance, CPA, Managing Partner at Lance CPA Group, guides us in how he transitioned from hourly billing to pricing his firm's tax and accounting services upfront - and got his clients to pay upfront. This webinar will show you how to price your services upfront with confidence and help you eliminate your accounts receivable and the time required to manage that.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify how to price tax engagements upfront confidently

  • Recognize why clients prefer fixed fees and no unpleasant surprises

  • Identify how to get clients to pay for your services ahead of time

  • Identify how moving to a monthly recurring revenue model can help you better serve your clients

  • Identify how to win new clients by talking about the price upfront
