Trust is the foundation of any successful team or organization. It shapes the way we collaborate, communicate, and achieve shared goals. However, trust is not always easy to understand or manage. As we navigate complex group dynamics such as power imbalances, social expectations, and unconscious biases, trust can either foster cohesion or give way to misunderstanding and conflict. In this session, we explore why trust matters and how we can build and maintain it effectively in professional relationships.
Through the lens of the "Trust Equation," participants will gain clarity on the factors that create or diminish trust. It is not just about intention but how we show up with credibility, reliability, and openness. Attendees will also learn why conscious communication is critical for sustaining trust over time. By recognizing the signals we send, the assumptions we make, and how we respond to breaches in trust, we can create stronger, more resilient relationships.
Whether building new connections or repairing strained ones, join this session to better understand why trust is fragile yet essential and uncover how it can be nurtured for long-term success.
