Carl V. Hill, Ph.D., MPH, is the chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer for the Alzheimer's Association, overseeing strategic initiatives to strengthen the Association's outreach to all populations, and providing communities with resources and support to address the Alzheimer's crisis.

In this role, Dr. Hill is responsible for driving Association-wide messaging and mobilization efforts addressing systemic health inequities in treatment, clinical trials and research. With support from the National Institute on Aging (NIA), Dr. Hill led the Association's work to convene the first national conference dedicated specifically to addressing disparities and promoting equity in dementia science. AAIC Advancements: Toward Health Equity in Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias brings together researchers from around the world annually to examine disparities in dementia prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

Greg has practiced public accounting since 1997. He provides a wide range of audit and accounting services for public and privately held companies in the manufacturing and distribution, technology, and renewable energy industries. Greg assists clients with financial reporting and complex transactions such as initial and secondary public offerings, private offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive expertise in debt and equity financings, share-based compensation, income tax accounting, purchase price accounting, revenue recognition, and SEC reporting. 

Leea has over 6 years of experience with CLA holding various roles as a service processing coordinator in tax and assurance, marketing coordinator, connection associate, DEI Operations Leader and currently Director of DEI Operations. She also serves as a local DEI ambassador for the Raleigh, NC office and a committee leader for the Sankofa virtual belonging community for Black and African American CLA family members. Before arriving at CLA Leea held roles in various industries including collegiate football, hospitality, and finance. She was also a 4-year collegiate athlete in women's soccer at UNC-Chapel Hill, winning 3 ACC titles and a National Championship. 

Thalia, an Audit & Assurance partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, is the Audit & Assurance InsurTech leader in the United States for the Emerging Growth Company practice. Thalia has more than 15 years of experience serving financial services industry clients, primarily in the insurance industry.

She serves as a lead client service partner for New York-based InsurTech startups, with overall responsibility for client service coordination and delivery, including advisory support related to market entry/business strategy, accounting, tax, risk and compliance, audit, initial public offering readiness support, and sell-side advisory services.

Thalia has extensive experience providing accounting and financial reporting advice and transaction support to multinational and multilocation engagements of securities and exchange commission registrants and privately held companies.

Elena Richards is a Principal and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at KPMG LLP. She is an accomplished HR, talent management and diversity professional with deep knowledge of the professional services industry. Partnering with the KPMG U.S. management committee and board of directors, she helps to advance Accelerate 2025, the firm’s strategy rooted in growing and supporting a diverse workforce and inclusive work environment.

A certified executive coach, Elena earned her BA in criminal justice at the University at Albany, State University of New York.
