Along with the company’s incorporation documents, a Buy/Sell agreement ranks with a business’s most important documents. This webinar will discuss a paradigm shift in the way most Buy/Sell agreements are currently structured and funded. Additionally, the CPA will learn how to provide this structure to current clients and generate significant present and future profit for their practice. The webinar will discuss the importance of a Buy/Sell agreement, different ways Buy/Sell agreements are structured and the various forms of funding the agreement. Tax strategies will also be reviewed. Finally, the webinar will discuss the types of funding methods available to the business owner.
