Mike will introduce you to over a dozen tips from his book, The Servant Manager, to help you enhance your effectiveness with your team. You will determine what is important to you to spend your time there: select service over self-interest, bring the right attitude to work every day, implement the five habits of uncommon managers, and learn other ways to enhance your effectiveness. You will also learn how to take advantage of The Collaboration Effect. The Collaboration Effect is all about connecting relationships, listening actively, and educating judiciously in order to build bridges and negotiate closure. You will document specific actions going forward to further engage your workgroup.

Mike Gregory leads Michael Gregory Consulting, LLC. In addition, it has been his pleasure to give over 600 presentations in the U.S. and Canada based on the 12 books and over 35 articles he has written over the last nine years. 

As a speaker, clients often share that their people are more focused on the tasks at hand, more confident when making difficult decisions, and more at peace in their professional and personal lives. In addition, all participants leave with actionable items they can apply immediately on the job. 

Mike has a BS from Valparaiso University, an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA from DePaul University.
